Kelly Tenbarge is a retired elementary school teacher with a masters in early childhood. A majority of her career was teaching kindergarten and first grade at Cynthia Heights Elementary, a school that emphasizes literature base learning. Kelly's days were filled with helping young minds develop the joy of reading. It was a privilege to have a career that involved a day of imagination and possibilities. Later in her teaching career, she taught art and technology to kindergarten through fifth grade students, and enjoyed correlating literature to the artistic expression, as well. Working with such creative minds pushed Kelly to find her inner child and create a special book for her grandchildren Sutton and Baylor.
